Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Toni Roce, trading as TONI ("we", "us", "our"), based in Novi Sad, Serbia, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit toniroce.com (the "Site") or contact us about our services.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly: When you use the contact form on the Site, we collect the information you choose to submit — typically your name, email address, phone number, and message, along with which service you're enquiring about.

Information collected automatically: We use privacy-conscious, first-party website analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. This includes:

  • Pages viewed
  • Approximate country and city (derived from your connection, not precise location)
  • Device type and browser
  • Referral source (how you arrived at the Site)
  • Interactions with buttons and calls to action

We do not store IP addresses in our analytics database, and this data is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell visitor data.

With your permission, we also use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to measure website visits. It can collect pages viewed, device and browser information, approximate location and referral information, and use analytics cookies. The Google tag is not loaded until you accept analytics. We do not intentionally send contact-form answers, names, email addresses or phone numbers to Google Analytics. Advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled in our tag configuration.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and discuss the service you're interested in
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and project agreements
  • Deliver the Services you've engaged us for (e.g., building your website, setting up your Google Business Profile)
  • Understand overall Site usage so we can improve it
  • Meet legal or accounting obligations (e.g., invoicing)

We do not use your contact form information for marketing emails unless you separately opt in, and we never sell your information to third parties.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable (including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation for visitors in the EU/EEA), we process your information on the following bases:

  • Consent — when you voluntarily submit the contact form.
  • Consent — for optional Google Analytics. You can reject it or withdraw consent using Cookie settings.
  • Contract — when processing is necessary to prepare a quote or deliver Services you've requested.
  • Legitimate interest — for basic, privacy-conscious analytics used to understand and improve the Site.
  • Legal obligation — where required for invoicing, tax, or accounting purposes.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Site or deliver Services (for example, a hosting provider, email provider, or the analytics tool itself), solely to the extent needed to provide that service.
  • Google, where a project involves setting up or managing your own Google Business Profile — this is your profile, governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy.

  • Legal authorities, if required by law.

We do not use your information for any purpose beyond what's described in this policy without asking you first.

5. Data Retention

  • Contact form enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship plus any period required for accounting/legal record-keeping under Serbian law.
  • If your enquiry does not lead to a project, we will delete your contact details within a reasonable period unless you ask us to keep them on file for future reference.
  • Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

6. Cookies

Our first-party statistics do not require analytics cookies. Optional Google Analytics uses cookies such as `_ga` after you accept. Your analytics preference is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Choose Cookie settings at the bottom of the page to change it. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the Site. We do not enable advertising cookies in the Google tag.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time (this won't affect processing already carried out)

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site and Services are intended for business owners and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16.

10. International Visitors

The Site is primarily aimed at businesses in Serbia, but may be accessed from other countries. Information may be processed in Serbia and in countries where our service providers operate. If you accept Google Analytics, Google may process analytics information outside Serbia, including in the United States, subject to its applicable data-processing terms and transfer safeguards.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version.
